Disclaimer and Indemnity Agreement (COMPANIES/ BUSINESSES)
By using the CLICO Credit Union Business Hub service, you (the “Member” or “Business Owner”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CLICO Credit Union, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or in any way connected with:

o Your use of the Business Hub service.
o Claims by third parties arising out of products and services offered by you via the CCU Business Hub
o The content, products, or services you host on the Business Hub.
o Any breach of these terms and conditions by you.

2. No Liability
CLICO Credit Union shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

o Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Business Hub.
o Any conduct or content of any third party on the Business Hub.
o Any content obtained from the Business Hub.
o Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

3. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content, products, and services you host on the Business Hub. You warrant that all content, products, and services comply with all applicable laws and regulations and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

4. Termination

CLICO Credit Union reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Business Hub at any time, without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms and conditions.

5. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

6. Business Ownership

By signing up for our business HUB, you affirm that you are the registered owner or authorized representative of the business you are listing. You acknowledge that all information provided during the registration process is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLICO Credit Union from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from your misrepresentation of ownership or any inaccuracies in the information provided.

CLICO Credit Union reserves the right to verify ownership and may remove any listings that do not comply with these terms. By proceeding with the registration, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

By using the CCU Business Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.


User Disclaimer and Agreement (USERS & VISITORS)

By accessing and using the Business Hub on the CLICO Credit Union website, you (the “User”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Liability for Third-Party Content
CLICO Credit Union does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any information, goods, services, or representations provided by businesses listed on the Business Hub. All interactions, transactions, and communications between you and any business listed on the Business Hub are solely between you and the business.

2. Accuracy of Information
CLICO Credit Union does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content provided by businesses on the Business Hub. You acknowledge that any reliance on such content is at your own risk.

3. Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CLICO Credit Union, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or in any way connected with:

o Your use of the Business Hub.
o Any transactions or interactions between you and any business listed on the Business Hub.
o Any breach of these terms and conditions by you.

4. No Guarantee
The Business Hub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CLICO Credit Union makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Business Hub or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Business Hub.

5. Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLICO Credit Union shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

o Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Business Hub.
o Any conduct or content of any third party on the Business Hub.
o Any content obtained from the Business Hub.
o Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Trinidad and Tobago. By using the CCU Business Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
